Reservation

Please contact us in advance by the application form below if you visit our facilities as a group of more than 15 people.
*At least 3:00 PM the previous day in advance. Selecting specific seats is not possible.

Business Hours of reception
Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM (JST); except Saturday, Sunday and national holidays in Japan.
*For your contact on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, New Year’s holidays, and out of business hours, we will respond on the next business day.
There may be some time difference between Japan and where you are, so sometimes you may feel our reply comes late. If so, please don’t be offended.

The boats and cable cars are operated based on time table. Please refer to the time table of each facility before specifying a time. *You’re not free to set your preferred reservation time.

During busy times, we may provide extra cable cars or boats, but depending on the crowd, you may experience longer than normal wait times.

Express bus reservations cannot be made using this form.
Please refer to the express bus page and make a reservation via JBO.
