We aim to create a society where everyone can enjoy leisure and culture, and all customers can make a safe and comfortable journey. Please do not hesitate to ask our staff as they endeavor to provide, as much support as possible, so that all customers can enjoy sightseeing without worry. Not every staff can speak English, but we’ll do our very best to help you.

Transfer with a wheelchair
We will guide you more smoothly if you let us know the following information in advance. It is possible to accept even without prior notice, but it may take some time to prepare.

 *If you use Amanohashidate sightseeing boat, please let us know from which you will board on: Ichinomiya boat dock,

Remarks:
Depending on the size and weight of wheelchairs, you may not be able to board the boat or cable-car. However, you might be able to board by transferring to the wheelchair prepared by us.
While there is an exception depending on the design of the wheelchair, you can go through the entrance of the cable car or the boat, if its width is up to 670mm (if you ride a cable car) or up to 650mm (if you board a Kamome No.1 or 3) or up to 1000mm (if you board a Kamome No.5, 6, 11 or 12).

There are many slopes in Amanohashidate Kasamatsu Park so you are asked to be assisted by a caregiver.

The approximate time for procedures
If you need the assistance of staff to move, please come to the platform as early as possible. It can take about 15 minutes for the procedure (transferring and checking the wheelchair, etc.)

Remarks:
Depending on the tide level and wave conditions, you may not be able to board to ensure your safety.
Our restaurant “Ama Dining” is on the 2nd floor. It can be quite dangerous to go up and down the stairways so we recommend a terrace table on the 1st floor to ensure your safety. Caregiver need to order and pay for at the restaurant on the 2nd floor but we will bring your food to your table on the terrace.

Assistance dogs
They can accompany customers free of charge. For customers who request, please consult with us in advance.
There is no potty for dogs. Sorry for inconvenience.
